Subelux treatment
Solution for film wrinkling and adhering
Subelux treatment
Why film wrinkling and adhering occur?
It is important to use rubber rollers with sufficient frictional force in order to stably convey the base material in the film manufacturing process, etc. However, rubber rollers can cause wrinkles when the base material passes through due to their high frictional forces. In addition, the base material adheres to the rubber surface, which may cause problems such as winding up the base material.
Features of Subelux Treatment
Subelux treatment is a unique treatment method in which the rubber surface layer undergoes an addition synthesis reaction to produce an effect. Unlike treatment methods with surface coatings, there are no concerns about peeling or shedding of the coatings.
- Sufficient slipperiness on the rubber surface is applied, so it prevents the film hook and reduces wrinkles.
- Prevents dust adhesion and film winding.
- It does not impair the properties of the rubber itself.
Applicable rubber
NBR, Polyurethane, silicone, CR, CSM, EPDM
APPLICATIONS
- Rollers requiring slipperiness on the surface such as;
- Contact roller / Touch roller
- Nip roller
- Lamination roller
- Corona treater roller
- Corona nip roller

Mirax II treatment
Provinding releasability, antifouling property, and slipperiness property to various rubber materials
"Mirax II Treatment" is a surface coating treatment that adheres firmly to low-hardness rubber or low-hardness sponge rubbers.
It is also durable for cleaning with polar solvents such as MEK.
Features of Milax II
- The slipperiness of the rubber is improved, so it prevents the film hook and reduces wrinkles.
- Offers a silicone-like release property, which prevents the film from sticking.
- Prevents contamination of rubber surfaces with lubricants, antifogging agents, glue, inks, etc., and offers easy-to-clean.
- Antistatic and conductive effects of base rubber can also be maintained.
Applicable rubber
EPDM, IIR, polyurethane, and CR, CSM
APPLICATIONS
- MD nip roller
- Lamination roller
- Contact / Touch roller
- Pinch roller
- Guide roller
- Impression roller in Rotogravure
Partial processing is also possible to improve the cleanability of the unused surface at the end of the roller.

Mirax NEO treatment
Providing slipperiness and antifouling properties on silicone rubber
Silicone rubber is an excellent material with both heat resistance and releasability, but it often causes wrinkles in the film due to surface frictional force.
Mirax NEO treatment offers slipperiness on the silicone rubbers which prevents wrinkles in the film while leaving the advantages of the silicone material intact.
It can also impart superior antifouling properties to the base silicone material.
Features of Mirax NEO
- The slipperiness of the silicone rubber is improved, so it prevents the film hook and reduces wrinkles.
- Prevents contamination of rubber surfaces with lubricants, antifogging agents, glue, inks, etc., and offers easy-to-clean.
- Original features of the base silicone rubber can also be maintained.
